Paul Fox - Partner

Law Society Finals -1985.
Qualified as a Solicitor - 1987.

Paul's main expertise is Litigation, including debt collection, business disputes, building disputes, contract disputes, inheritance claims, personal injury and medical negligence claims. He also advises on commercial contracts.

Paul has more than 20 years experience in litigation matters. His tenacity, attention to detail and tactical awareness is exceptional.

When Paul is instructed he obtains all the information and documents his clients can provide and considers carefully the evidence that is available. He then advises on all the many complex procedures and cost rules and the merits of the case, so that his clients can make an informed decision as to whether and how to proceed.

Paul has saved many clients thousands of pounds by pointing out evidential or legal problems with their case, which might otherwise have become apparent only after Court proceedings were well advanced, or even at trial.

For clients who do have provable meritorious claims (or defences), Paul makes the very best of those circumstances for his client. At every stage he keeps his clients (with the help of their prompt instructions) ahead of procedural timetables set by the Court. In many instances Paul has been able to maximize a claim or have a claim dismissed by being well prepared and on the offensive and thus being able to force an opponent who is less prepared to capitulate.
