Mark's main
area of work is property law. He also advises on business sales
and purchases.
Property remains
one of the most challenging areas of law because of its complexity
and the many pitfalls there are for the unwary or ill-advised.
There is potential for high gains if the legal work is progressed
thoroughly and efficiently; but also the potential for high losses
if there are delays or errors.
Mark is uncompromising
in his efforts to achieve the best outcome for every client. All
who instruct him immediately feel assured by his knowledge, guidance
and availability to discuss any issues as they arise.
Home builders,
for whom he has bought sites and set up plot sale legal packs,
and individuals, when buying or selling their home, have all relished
